With over 43 years of experience in all aspects of the real estate industry, Scott credits his success to his work ethic and his integrity. 

In December of 2018, Scott was recognized by his peers at the National Association of Realtors, Maryland Association of Realtors, and Howard County Association of Realtors as “Realtor Emeritus,” an honor bestowed only on agents with 40 years or more of service to the industry.

Generations of Marylanders have trusted Scott to assist them in the purchase or sale of their homes. From his start in 1978, Scott has been flattered by the many generations of families who have come to him over the years to sell their homes; parents, children, grandchildren, and their friends and neighbors. Scott's relentless drive and determination sets him apart, and is recognized repeatedly by his past and present clients. 

Scott's experience encompasses many aspects of the industry, many times more than the average agent. He has worked hand in hand with homeowners to buy and sell their homes. He has represented builders in the planning, development, building, and sale of new communities across Howard, Baltimore, Frederick, and Carroll Counties. He has developed, built, and leased commercial properties. He is a recognized expert in the field of Real Estate, having testified as an expert witness in the Maryland Judiciary multiple times.  

A resident of Ellicott City for over 36 years, Scott is originally from Catonsville. When he is not working, Scott enjoys traveling with his wife Carole, with whom he recently celebrated their 43rd Wedding Anniversary. Scott loves spending time with his eight grandchildren, and is a aficionado of fine cigars and life long fan of the Baltimore Orioles.
